Conditions of medical assistance
- Procedure for contacting a medical organization:
- to get the services, the patient shall contact the medical organization reception office (Monday-Friday 8:00-20:00, Saturday 8:00-16:00);
- present a passport, compulsory medical insurance policy and referral for medical assistance;
- receive information from the reception office staff about the procedure and dates for getting services;
- sign up for a study, get a coupon for a doctor’s appointment;
- In case of difficulties in obtaining medical care, the insured person has the right to apply:
- to the head of the department or to the head of the medical organization;
- to the medical insurance organization that issued CMI policy (address, telephone number is indicated in the policy);
